Richard has represented the residential construction industry in Ontario since 1991. He is a frequent speaker and popular source quoted by various media on construction industry issues. His insightful columns appear regularly in various media.

Paul De Berardis
VP, Building Standards & Engineering
Paul has a diverse background in civil engineering, with experience in the design, construction and restoration of various building types. He works with members and stakeholders to identify and overcome regulatory barriers which affect the residential development and construction industry.

Dave Henderson
Senior Manager, Technical Services
Dave has over 30 years involvement in the residential construction industry in a variety of positions from hands-on trade experience to policy, code and Tarion development. He has worked at Tarion, as well as the OHBA and Brookfield Residential.

Yasmin Bond
Placement & Program Coordinator
Yasmin has a background in public relations and communications, specializing in event planning and social media. She has a BA in Business Communications from Brock University and post-graduate certification in public relations from Niagara College.

Andrew Pariser
Vice President
Andrew is an experienced executive with proven leadership in health and safety, labour relations, and issues related to labour supply. He worked with the MOL as a mediator for labour disputes. He is on various advisory committees and trust funds.

Grant Cameron
Senior Director of Public Affairs
Grant is an experienced media relations professional and award-winning journalist. He’s held senior editorial roles in newsrooms across Ontario and was once embedded with the armed forces in Bosnia. He has extensive experience working in communications and as a journalist covering the industry.

Meredith Greaves
Policy & Program Analyst
Meredith has extensive knowledge of the policy process, specifically in immigration, health and housing. She has a Master of Applied Politics from Wilfrid Laurier and is interested in policy development, analysis, and government relations.

Rose Cleverdon
Office Administrator
Rose is the association's go-to person for industry contacts, organizing meetings and mailouts. She represents the front line for RESCON, plays a key role in maintaining ongoing communications between staff, key stakeholders and board members.

Michael Giles
Director of Government Relations
Michael has worked at all three levels of government over a period of 30 years. In his most recent position, he served as chief of staff to the City of Toronto’s deputy mayor and chair of the planning and housing committee where he worked on planning and development issues.

Ellen Cleverdon
Office Manager
Ellen has been the head of financial operations for the association since 2000. She was the second employee hired by the association after the president. She is the chief organizer for the office, spearheading meeting schedules, payroll and maintenance.
